Last year over 80% of our student body went on a trip or fixture, which is a fantastic achievement in enhancing the experiences of students here at Chelmer Valley High School.  All students benefited from some enrichment including in-school opportunities

KS3 Trips/Events

STEAM speaker – 8^th November 2026 - An event for Year 7,8 and 9 students

Aerozone STEAM Trip – 12^th November 2026 – Year 7-9 – 40 places – Limited Places Trip – cost TBC

EAQ Problem-solving workshop – December 2026 – Year 7-9 Student workshop

EAQ CSI workshops – April 2027 – Year 7-9 EAQ students - £20 approx

Behaviour and Eligibility for Trips and Visits

A students' eligibility to attend school trips and visits is dependent on their behaviour in school. Any student whose behaviour gives cause for concern may find that they are not invited on school trips or their place withdrawn due to concerns regarding safety and their impact on the success of the trip for all participants.
